Anyway, Fallen Brother is the story of Scribe Michael Bigsley, who struggles restlessly to keep Project Purity going despite the on-going war with the Enclave.  It's a story of taking great risks and then having to deal with the consequences.  There's love, drugs, greed, and lots of sarcasm.
