[Oh, I should mention the mod for this, which can be found HERE --> [link] There's plenty of good things to say about it, which far outweigh the fact that's it's in Russian so I couldn't do any of the quests and the boat to take me there was missing, so I had to use the console to teleport. Ok, and a few pieces of the ambient music are from Nightmare on Elm Street and a little out of place, lol. Other then that, simply effing amazing, and the effort that was put into this is admirable. I recommend it just for the exploration. Interesting thing is the presence of the World Trade Centers. If you have a gig's worth a space to spare, give it a try, and if you need help actually getting into the city, message me.]
